The Commerce Alumni Association (1989–1992 Batch) of Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College, Sivakasi organized the get together of their association in the College campus on 24.12.2017. R.D.Sivakumar, Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Assistant Professor and Head, Department of M.Com.(CA), ANJAC, Sivakasi delivered the felicitation address. In his address, he recollected the seminal contributions made by the distinguished alumni members of the College.  He touched upon the role played by the alumni in the development and growth of the institution. Moreover, he recalled the successful interaction of the alumni members with the NAAC Peer Team members at the time of the Third Cycle of Reaccreditation which fetched the II highest grade of A with a CGPA of 3.67 out of 4.00 at the national level. He urged the alumni members to come forward to start Local chapters of the Alumni Association in Metros like Chennai, Bangalore and Delhi etc. He also praised the alumni members for their contribution to the college. He also highlighted the achievements of the Commerce Department. He also congratulated the efforts of the Commerce batch 1989-1992 for making the alumni get together meeting a grand success.
